Yes you can, look at this part of the code:

‘showposts’=>5, // Number of related posts that will be shown.

Change the 5 with whatever number you wish

I’m using related post based on category above and it works fine, but the it is only show 5 posts each pages. My questions is, can I add more than 5 lists of the related posts showed each pages?
